Our Evolving Story

Wise Women Rising is a community of socially motivated women friends with a sense of purpose who are growing their consulting, healing or coaching practices... women who are prepared to actively “midwife” each other’s precious work into a new level of being in the world right now.

Wise Women Rising are discovering how to be each other's collaborators, clients, cheerleaders and friends as we co-create and grow a place to belong, contribute and learn together through 2020, with courage and commitment, despite the collective anxiety we are feeling about Co-Vid19. We will get through it together.

Our passion is supporting the emergence of each other's Wise Woman's Work, supporting one another to interrupt the inner "not good enough's" so we can grow and contribute richly in these times to ahead... we are in the collective womb right now, actively deconstructing the old and growing a new way of being.

It would be easy for the Co-Vid19 anxiety to derail our best intentions...we say no, this is our time to strengthen as community and step up to what our lives are calling us to become. It doesn't have to be perfect, it's about being courageous enough to be real about the value we have to offer.

As new members of Wise Women Rising we will undertake commitments to walk beside one another as companions so that we each can test our "pilot offerings" as well as offer our established programs and services within a receptive and warm community of support.

Together as "wise women in training" we are growing a great living web of connection... the WWRx... a national time trading exchange where we trade and receive each other's services in exchange for time points as well as dollars... a community "energy exchange" based on nature's way, a community for women supporting one another to navigate the emotional and logistical challenges so they can rise to offer their own home based practice, coaching or consultancy.

Our foundation is deep in the earth... we are about celebrating the feminine way (less hustle, more hunches)...supporting each other to find a new rhythm at home... a new headspace, setting up new "containers" in our day for when we rest, how we build new routines and how we navigate new interpersonal boundaries, as we follow our interests and listen more acutely to the work that is calling us each day. Together we are emerging the collective wisdom of the feminine.

Our Sense of Social Responsibility

"Through time trading as a collective of socially motivated and purpose driven women, we are addressing together women's lost sense of power and voice as they age (gendered age discrimination) and are realising the return of social balance between our healthy masculine and the restorative feminine qualities of empathy, belonging, contribution, and creative pathways to thriving that are so needed on the planet at this time".
